Hims & Hers Health and Novo Nordisk have settled their patent lawsuit, with Hims agreeing to stop selling compounded versions of Novo Nordisk’s weight-loss drugs. This allows Novo Nordisk’s medications, including Wegovy, to be sold on Hims’ platform. Following the agreement, Hims’ stock surged over 40%. Novo Nordisk can refile the lawsuit if necessary, while Hims will stop advertising compounded GLP-1 drugs.
